Sensual Embodied Dance - Kingscliff

You're invited to experience a full 3hr Sensual Embodied Dance(TM) journey with us, designed especially for women. This unique 6-step methodology supports you to cultivate an intimate relationship with your body and the aliveness that is continually flowing through it, via movement practices.

Simply come as you are. No previous dance experience or sexy lingerie is required.

This practice offers a supportive space for you to come and play, explore, and express yourself authentically. All of you is welcome.

About Jackie
My first exerpeince of SED some 7 years ago was a melting pot of acceptance, understanding, connection and deep contentment. So touched by this potent experience, I completed Holly Wodetzki's Facilitator Training (creator of SED) and now share the same potential for women to explore themselves unfiltered, raw, messy, truthful and utterly beautiful. My particular flavour is slow, sensual and grounded, offering an invitation for your own unique essence and sensuality to flow through movement.

About SED
Sensual Embodied Dance is an wonderfully crafted combination of movement practices that are designed specifically to assist us surrendering into each moment, feeling what needs to be felt and tapping into our body wisdom. This methodology invites women to experience a profound, often life-changing, connection to themselves and their body. The format includes a fluid guided warm up, some fun dance moves, group embodiment exercises, free dancing and a nourishing relaxation at the end.
