SENSUAL EMBODIED DANCE IS ABOUT CULTIVATING AN INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BODY AND THE ALIVENESS THAT IS CONTINUALLY FLOWING THROUGH IT.

A well of pleasure and radiance resides in every single person, even if their mind is too busy to notice and their body too tense to feel.

Using embodied dance and movement practices that are designed specifically to unwind tension patterns in the body, generate flow and awaken the senses, this methodology invites women to experience a profound connection to themselves and their body.

Join me for for my first official Sensual Embodied Dance Offering after studying with the wonderfully talented and radiant Holly Wodetzki.

This SED Taster will give you the opportunity to explore this unique and devotional practice, meet and connect with other women and discover whether you would like to also dive into a closed 6 week immersion.
