Sensual Heart Dance is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and move from sensation rather than thought.
A space to reconnect with your body, your heart, and the intelligence that lives beneath words.

We gather and explore in a warm, held container - arriving gently, grounding together, and tuning into ourselves and one another. From there, we open into a dance journey shaped by music, breath, and embodied presence, allowing sensuality, emotion, and expression to arise naturally.

This is not about performance or doing it “right.”
It’s about following what feels true - moment by moment.

The space will be soft and welcoming, with mats, cushions, and room to move, roll, stretch, rest, or simply be. You’re welcome to explore stillness or intensity, tenderness or wildness - every expression is celebrated.

Sensual Heart Dance is a practice of listening with the body, meeting others without words, and letting the heart move what wants to be moved.

18:00 - Opening circle & facilitated connection
18:30 - Sensual Heart Dance journey
🎶 20:00 - Soft landing & grounding
20:15 - Closing circle & integration

Wear clothing you feel comfortable and expressive in. Bring water and an open, curious heart.

No dance experience is needed - just a willingness to feel and move with what’s alive.
