QUESTIONS
Do I need to have any dance experience?

No, Kamaria will make sure you feel comfortable and confident in learning moves and choreography. This workshop is designed for all dance levels and experiences.
 

What should I bring? 

- Water bottle 

- Knee Pads (this is optional, although if you have sensitive knees its recommended as we will be doing some floor work

- What to wear: comfortable clothing that makes you feel sexy or sensual (or both!) this could be anything from lingerie to trackpants/workout clothes to your favorite velvet top - what ever makes YOU feel good.


  ABOUT KAMARIA FRANCES

Kamaria is a creative, loving, and embodied soul, embracing all things dance and play. Originally from Margaret River, this woman is here to make waves and inspire you to do the same. She weaves her passions of movement & storytelling with emotion in a tapestry of beauty & grace. With a love for circus arts & dance, Kamaria has trained with teachers across Western Australia and now shares her passion and expertise in the studio.
 
Under the guidance of mentor and friend, Dr Jae West, Kamaria has studied the Alkemy framework over the last 2.5 years, growing not only as a performer but as a teacher. Through the Alkemy framework and assisting Jae on multiple series and workshops, she has refined and unleashed her own unique gifts within movement and self-expression and is ready to share them with the world.

Her spaces are an ode to the sensual woman that lives in each of us. Kamaria is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering space where participants can connect deeply with their bodies and discover the richness of pleasure that lives within.
 
In addition to her dance training with Dr. Jae, Kamaria has trained and regularly performs in the art of aerial circus. Originally being taught in Margaret River and then teaching at Wild Star Circus, she made the move to Perth to pursue her love of aerial dance & performance and currently trains at Kinetica Circus. Her beautifully poetic aerial silks routine was showcased in the 2024 Fringe production I AM WOMAN, which she co-created alongside Jayde, Cass, Ash, and the founder of the show and Alkemy framework Dr. Jae West. 

Along with I AM WOMAN at Perth Fringe, Kamaria has also performed at events such as Brighton Fringe, Karnidale Circus Festival, Surge for Emerging Circus Artists, Meliora, The Wild Campout and many stages and events across the South West.


Event Ticket Policy - 
Strictly NO REFUNDS, you can transfer tickets to a friend to come in your place, if you are not able to make the event. Please read the policy below for more details:

1. No Refunds
   • Tickets for this event are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including personal changes of plans, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.
2. Ticket Transfers
   • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.
   • It is your responsibility to find a replacement attendee and provide them with the ticket.
3. Process for Ticket Transfers
   • Ensure the person taking your place has a copy of the ticket or relevant confirmation details to gain entry to the event.
   • Please let us know who is taking your place & provide a contact phone number.

Rescheduling, Postponement or event Cancelation:

If the workshop is rescheduled or postponed all attendees who were present at the event will receive a credit for future workshops. This credit is valid for six months from the date of the original workshop. Please note that individuals who cancelled their registration or were unable to attend prior to the event forfeit their ticket price and are not eligible for a credit.
If the workshop is cancelled, all ticket holders will be offered a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Refund details will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
