This is a series of workshops to bring you into a state of presence and safety with your body. 

To reclaim your confidence and sensuality. 

To create a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of your body. 

Sunday 26th of March is the first workshop. 

11am - 3pm

A Nude Art Workshop

We will be creating a unique masterpiece together.

Something you can take home and continue to appreciate.

Co created with the beautiful Catherine Haige a local Sunshine Coast artist.

Catherine is passionate about letting go of perfection so we can be in our authentic expression as a creative woman. 

This event is limited to 6 limited spaces to maintain the intimacy

We will begin by grounding you into the space with a guided activation.

Allowing you to feel and to illuminate any fears that may be present.

The circle will open so you can speak into these fears and dissolve them before we de- robe and begin the creative process.

This empowering and liberating space will feel natural and inviting.

We will discuss what bubbles to the surface during the session so you can clear the insecurities and move forward powerfully.

This is a non judgemental and supportive space.

We will provide all materials and a light lunch.
