It was never that. It's what restores the nervous system, brings us back into the body, and reminds us just how juicy life gets to be.

Why this works

Lack of pleasure is rarely about not being sexy enough or not getting in the mood.

It comes from a nervous system that spent decades overriding its own needs. That said yes when it meant no, and took breadcrumbs instead of allowing your inner hunger for intimacy, pleasure and connection. A nervous system that swings between doing too much and shutting down, and rarely lands in the middle, where sensation lives.

More insight cannot reach that. Only a different experience does, slow enough that your body can take it in.

So we work at rewiring the patterns where they were formed - at the level of your nervous system and body. Slowness as medicine, the senses as the doorway, and other women holding the field with you, so your body can learn what it feels like to be supported while it opens. And whatever meets you there is welcome. Sweetness, heat, laughter, the tears that arrive out of nowhere. All of it is Eros.

This is pleasure before it had to look a certain way. Innocent, non-performative, and entirely yours.

The evening - what you can expect:

Creating a nourishing ground for you to land, sharing & intentions
Coming into your own body: Guided somatic practices: finding your own reference point of safety, your own yes and no, your own sensation - before anyone else is involved. Bringing the gaze from the outside back in, until the inner body comes alive.
Playfully exploring boundaries, needs and co-regulation
A co-created ritual space to return to your pleasure: Giving and receiving through the senses (fully clothed and consensual) - think eye masks, roses, chocolate, scent, touch, sound
Breath and integration: An intimate breathwork journey to integrate the erotic energy home into your own body, your own space, your own life.

A felt sense of your own boundaries, in your body rather than in your head - and creating more (emotional) intimacy through them

The practicalities:

Group: Intimate circle, very limited spots

Bring: Something comfortable to move in, a shawl, socks, water, an object for the altar and anything else that awakens your pleasure through the senses (e.g., scarfs, feathers, fruits, roses, chocolate)

This is a trauma-informed, consensual and boundaried space.

You’ll never have to participate in any practice that is a no for you and will always be closely guided and supported.

Clothes stay on and touch is always optional.

About your facilitators:

Clara is a trauma-trained somatic therapist and women’s mentor, working at the meeting point of nervous system, attachment and the feminine to support women moving from self-abandonment and fawning into more intimacy, impact and income and being deeply in love with life again.

For the past nine years, she has been guiding women back into their bodies, their emotions, and their capacity for real intimacy. She is formally trained in Somatic Experiencing®, transpersonal coaching, attachment-centered counseling, womb work, traditional tantra, reiki and rebirthing breathwork.

Maddy is a trauma-informed integrative energy worker and channeler. Her work is a devotion to deeper intimacy: through the body, with self, with others, and with life.

She has a background in Psychology (Honours), complex trauma work, Reiki and Integrative Womb Hara Massage, alongside deep immersion in somatic embodiment, voice and expression, tantra, sexual shamanic healing arts, women’s mysteries and plant medicines.

Through 1:1 sessions and women’s gatherings, Maddy creates spaces for healing, remembrance and reclamation - supporting women to return to their body wisdom, innate power, and liberated aliveness.
