Across three in-person Temples this spring, we will move through sensuality as the sacred portal that expands your nervous system, sharpens your intuition, and anchors you into the embodied truth that longs to be lived in your everyday life.

Each Temple is a guided, ceremonial experience, rich with ritual, utilising somatic awareness & practices as well as archetypal embodiment to support you in softening layers of shame, numbness, and disconnection - patterns often inherited through social, cultural, or familial conditioning.

You will be supported to feel safe in your body, meet your edges, reclaim your inner wisdom, and access a grounded sense of pleasure and aliveness. You’ll learn how your breath can become a tool to access bliss naturally, from the inside out.
