Sensual Twerk Workshop

A variation of our powerful Twerk style class, Sensual Twerk will focus not only on hip isolation and booty control, but will emphasise body waves, dips, and sensual movements. We will learn a slow routine where your confidence will be lifted and your femininity will be enhanced.

You don't need previous experience, just knee pads and a readiness to express yourself through dance, to foster a positive self-image and feel a sense of accomplishment.

Dress code is black (but is only a suggestion, feel free to use what ever makes you feel AMAZING).
