Inclusive of:

Intro & sharing circle
Yoga like you’ve never done it before - slow, sensual, touch and really felt
Learn a set of basic sexy floor work moves and an intro to seduction/lap dancing
Practice them in a safe and supportive container
Freestyle flow and dance with the moves you’ve just learnt and/or your own inspired from your soul

Open to all levels of yoga and dance.

Why this workshop?

When we are grounded and connected to our bodies we can hold space for the fullest expression of our soul.

Expression brings expansion. Expression is self-love. This workshop follows the journey of grounding down to rise up, in a very felt, sexy and expressive way.

This is the space to practice getting out of your head, into your body and letting your inner goddess take stage.

Please bring:

Comfortable clothes to move in for yoga & dance. You are welcome to get changed (I like to dance in a bikini/lingerie set)
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Knee high socks
Knee pads

If you do not have knee pads or knee high socks, there will be some knee high socks for sale and padding to put in them to protect the knees.

For those who have attended before:

There will be a longer circle at the start and one to close at the end
& a little bit of an intro to seduction/lap dancing

Seven years ago, Lisa started her corporate career and the expressive, creative child Lisa was a long lost memory. However, through seven years of yoga, Lisa started to rebuild connection to her body and her soul.

This sense of freedom and expression that came from a deeper grounding from yoga spread like wild fire throughout her life.

Which leads to the Lisa today - an actor, musician, model, dancer and yoga teacher, on a mission to express the truest depths of her soul and inspiring others to do the same.
