Sensual Yoga Flow is an embodied movement practice created to enliven the sensual being with a flowing fusion of Tantric and Hatha Yoga practices, fluid floor-work and sensual movement. This practice is an invitation for participants to explore their sensuality, to free the body, breath and spirit allowing for self expression and self discovery while finding ways to move your body your way.

During the classes participants will explore the qualities of water, fire, earth and air to assist in connecting to the elemental forces of nature that exist within us all, allowing space to dance and flow with wonder at that which is within.

Willow creates an uplifting, safe and nurturing space where participants are guided through a series of asana (poses) and flow to allow for a deep connection with breath, body and the sensual spirit.

This practice is open to participants of all levels and abilities who would like to explore a new way of moving and being. No previous yoga or experience required - beginners are warmly welcomed and encouraged to participate.

(NB. This class is for 18+)

Numbers are limited to 12 participants to allow for a personalised teaching approach.

Please wear clothing that allows you to freely move - activewear is great! It is recommended to wear leggings that cover your knees as we will be doing some floor-work. The class is conducted on and off the yoga mat so please bring a mat if you have one
