Tank’s Artists in Residence explore your senses through Visual Art making in a choice of two exciting workshops. Award-winning artists present ‘Sēnsus: To See, To Feel, To Hear’ diverse experiences inspired by the local landscape, on weaving and abstract painting. Open to all abilities (16+) to come explore, experiment and create.

To See:

Join landscape artist Cynthia Copley in exploring the art of abstracting the landscape through colour and texture in gouache. Create an expanding landscape inspired by the lush surroundings of the Tank Art Centre.

10am -1pm $50 - all materials included (byo apron or old clothes & morning tea)

To Feel:

Learn how to weave abstract woven landscapes with Michelle Kurth. Building bold blocks of colour using a variety of textures, yarns and materials.
