What to Expect in Our Time Together

Breathflow & Nervous System Regulation

You’ll be gently guided through a conscious breathflow practice designed to bring you back into your body, calm the nervous system, and create a deeper sense of presence.

This is a soft, accessible experience suitable for all levels, focused on grounding, regulation, and reconnection rather than intensity.

Through the breath, you’ll be supported to:

* Release stress and physical tension

* Regulate and settle the nervous system

* Feel more centred, present, and embodied

* Deepen connection with yourself

Sound Healing (Integration Journey)

The experience will close with a deeply restorative sound healing using crystal bowls, chimes, and healing music.

This journey supports deep relaxation and integration, helping you unwind, restore balance, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and at ease. Many participants naturally drift into a meditative state or light sleep as the body absorbs the experience.
