Nico teaches the 1 Giant Mind 'Being' meditation technique in a 3-Session course format in-person or virtually via LIVE Zoom.

Discourse on the topic of BEING, the importance of self-awareness and cultivating more love & fulfilment in our lives

ABOUT NICO DIMATTINA

Nico is an inspirational Meditation & Breathwork Teacher, Peak Performance Coach, Corporate Wellness Facilitator & Ecstatic Dance DJ, currently residing in Mullumbimby (the Byron Bay hinterland in Australia).

He is the Co-Founder of Mind Body Soul'd, a corporate wellness & professional development company, plus the Co-Creator of Rise Disco, an uplifting moving meditation experience.
