Yoga mats will be available, but please feel free to bring your own as well as a blanket, pillow/bolster and water bottle.

Please refrain from eating anything heavy 1 hour prior to attending.

Please note that sound baths can be contraindicated for individuals who have medical devices like pacemakers, metal implants, severe mental health issues, serious health issues such as heart conditions, and are in their first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any health issues, please discuss with your doctor before participating.
