The Y Springfield Central is excited to present our September/October 2026 School Holiday Program. In partnership with local community groups, and organisations, our dedicated Youth Centre will host a variety of engaging activities across the two week Spring Holiday break. Activities are designed to be free - low cost to create accessible opportunities for young people in the greater community.

Wednesday 23rd Thursday 24th and Friday 25th September

9.00 am - 12.00pm - Scrimmage Presented in partnership with Pioneers Wolfpack

Join in the fun on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday morning for community basketball with Pioneers Wolfpack.

Recommended Age: Youth

Cost: $15 per person - payable upon arrival

BOOK: No booking required - pay upon arrival

Monday 28th September

9:00 am - 4:00 pm - ICC Active & Healthy Presented in partnership with Ipswich City Council

Activities include Circus (5+yrs), Dodgeball (5+yrs), Retro Games (5+yrs), Soccer (5+yrs) & Pickleball (10+yrs)

Cost: FREE

Tuesday 29th September

10:00 am - 4:00 pm - Open Courts

Book in a times and enjoy a 2 hour session in our Sports Courts, for your sport of choosing.

Youth/Adults 18+: $10 per person, per session (2 hours)

Youth/Children under 18: $8 per person, per session (2 hours)

Children 3 years & under: Free

Wednesday 30th September

8:30 am - 4:00 pm - Community Fundraiser Presented in partnership with Pioneers Wolfpack

Join us for a fun-filled day of basketball and community spirit as we support our U18 Girls Representative Teams heading to State Champs! Enjoy a BBQ sausage, burger, drinks and delicious baked treats, all while helping our girls raise funds for their tournament.
