Join Franklin Tomorrow on Monday, September 14, for our monthly FrankTalks, presented by Renasant Bank.
During the event, we will hear from Brian Sweatt, executive director of Mechanics on a Mission, Judy Felts, founder of Oak Cottage for Women; and Becky Kinder, City Director for Big Table. They will share on how their unique programs are helping those in need in our community and the support that is needed.
FrankTalks will be held at Columbia State Community College, 1228 Liberty Pike. Join us at 9 a.m. in the Administration Building for a 30-minute coffee social, followed by the program at 9:30 a.m.

Brian Sweatt, Mechanics on a Mission executive director
In the bustling heart of Middle Tennessee, Mechanics on a Mission is making profound changes in the lives of those who are experiencing transportation insecurity. Our dedicated 501 (C) (3) non-profit delivers a lifeline to single parents, veterans, widows, those facing illness, women escaping abusive situations, and others who find themselves in vulnerable situations by providing free car repairs and free car donations.

Judy Felts, Oak Cottage for Women founder
The Oak Cottage for Women exists to provide a safe residential home to formerly incarcerated women to re-enter society as a productive citizen. We seek to create a balanced spiritual, physical, vocational and emotional foundation for daily living through Christ centered, compassionate care.

Big Table is focused on caring for Restaurant and Hospitality Workers in crisis through intentional relationships and transformational care.
