September 2022 Holiday Program

We have 2 exciting programs to offer!
Age range from 6 years old to adults!

1) Taekwondo Intensive based on belt level

• For the beginners: basics (kicks, strikes, blocks), general strengt, fitness and flexibility
• For the intermediate/advanced students: Poomsae, sparring, demonstration, hoshinsul (self defence)
  
• Bring lunch, water and snacks

2) Art + Taekwondo collaboration with The Art Factory for school aged kids with/without taekwondo experience

• Art and craft activities from 10am - 2pm
• We pick up from The Art Factory (7/22 Thomas Street Chatswood)
• Taekwondo until 3.30pm (activities vary based on experience level)
• Bring lunch, water and snacks

3) Taekwondo & Bowling

• All levels and ages
• Morning:Taekwondo training based on skill and experience level
• Afternoon: We will take the attendees to Strike Bowling Chatswood (Mandarin Centre) for some bowling and food
• Bring water and snacks

• Only one voucher can be used per booking, so if you're booking 2 days and want to use 2 vouchers please book each day separately.
