Walk route: Canteen > Mettams Pool > Clarko Reserve

When you RSVP, I’ll send a little reminder email the night before. This will include my mobile number (just in case you’re running a few minutes late), any wet weather updates, and a note on what I'm wearing so you can spot us easily at the meeting point if we haven't met before ✨

Morning flow:

We'll set off on a gentle 2km (30-min) walk from Canteen, heading north along the stunning coastal footpath and turning around just after Mettams Pool.

Before we part ways we'll find a spot to relax at Clarko Reserve and pause in a simple sharing circle - offering space to wrap up our conversations, or just quietly soak up the company.

Why I'm doing this:

Hi, I'm Adele from Bookleaf Copy 👋 Over the past six months, I’ve had two biz experiences that left me feeling completely depleted from the lack of empathy and kindness that was shown – the things I value so much. Since then, I've felt inspired to start a little wave of self-care and support for heart-first founders who give so much. Because I don't want us to burnout. I want us to have belonging, boundaries, and to protect the gift of our sensitivity so we can keep doing the amazing work we love.
