By learning to understand the breath and how it works , we can feel empowered to be in control of our emotional state, rather than let it control us. 


Join Master Breathwork Instructors Nathan Ho & Will Solis for a Breathwork experience that will inspire you to breathe a better breath and inspire you to let your breath set you free. 


You will experience:

- Expert guidance from two passionate Breathwork Instructors who have lived and learnt experience with the breath.

- A range of breathing practices to support you in your everyday life.

- An immersive symphony of sounds to engage the senses and guide the rhythms of each breath. 

- A powerful Breathwork session to clear out stored tension and unprocessed energy, emotion and life-experience.

The way that we breathe enables us to access deeper layers of the Subconscious Mind and access stored emotions and memories that are ready for processing and completion.
