Commit to a morning practice to set the stage for the best day possible. Stephanie Welch has teamed up with Abby Spotskey & Joni Haug to provide the foundation of a weekday morning Sadhana. Stephanie's classes are comprised of a Kundalini Yoga Krya -- mantra, mudra, pranyama, asana, and meditation. For September, Stephanie will hold space for morning Sadhana for Week 1 (September 2-6) and Week 4 (Sept 23-27).

**IMPORTANT NOTES** We start Week 1 on Labor Day Monday the 2nd! Wednesdays, September 4 & 25, class will be live at 7:30am or you can maintain your 6:30am class time by accessing the recording of the Krya I will provide to all those registered for the full week.

Set up your cozy home yoga space with a mat, blanket or meditation cushion, and a couple of blocks nearby. Always modify or use props as your body needs! I recommend a meditation cushion, blanket, or appropriate bolster to prop your hips while seated so that they are at least as high if not slightly higher than your knees. This will allow you to access a straight spine without over-efforting.
