Objective: Explore traditional German dishes, learning authentic techniques and flavors that bring Oktoberfest to life! The class will cover a full menu with appetizers, main dishes, sides, and dessert, each designed to showcase the hearty, flavorful essence of Bavarian cuisine.Â
