Spring is a time of fresh beginnings, growth, and renewal. In this 60-minute sound healing session, immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls as you awaken to new possibilities. This sound bath is designed to cleanse, uplift, and open your heart to the beauty of change.

What to expect:

• A guided meditation to ease into the experience

• The harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls

• Deep relaxation and energetic alignment

• A peaceful, supportive atmosphere

✨ What to Bring:

• Anything for extra comfort e.g body pillow or pillow for under the knees

• A blanket for warmth and coziness

• An eye mask (optional)

• An open heart and intention for what you’d like to manifest
