Our Serenity & Stillness session is for you to emerge into a tranquil space, stepping away from your every day routines & challenges, gifting yourself 3.5 hours to breathe through any anxieties, tensions or stresses that may be present. This is an opportunity to bring calmness back, to realign your mind to body to soul to heart & spirit.
