Join Laura & Anna for a sensory journey designed to calm your nervous system, soften your body, and ground your soul. 

You'll be introduced to the benefits of aromatherapy and sound healing — how they soothe, restore, and realign.

We’ll begin with a gentle herbal tea and guided meditation to welcome you into the space.

Then, surrender into stillness as the soothing tones of Laura’s crystal singing bowls wash over you, awakening your cells.
At the same time, Anna will apply calming essential oils to your wrists, heart space, and head, and guide you into deeper relaxation with light touch to your neck, shoulders, and scalp.

This is your invitation to rest, receive, and reconnect through all five senses.

If you have a favourite yoga mat, blanket or bolster, feel free to bring it along, but otherwise we’ll have all you need.

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes, being properly hydrated and avoiding too much food or coffee before the session.

There are limited numbers for this Immersion, so bookings are essential.
