Spend the last day of Fringe Mount Gambier with BeArtiful and let us guide you through a relaxing and meditative art experience. Surrounded by a Sound Bath, immerse yourself in the mindful art of Sand Mandalas.
Collaborating with Electric Consciousness, we embark on a practice of self-expression and discovery. Come along and create your own Sand Mandala that allows you to explore your enlightened mind. Work through the process with us, capture your self-expression and let the rhythmic nature of a Sound Bath take you on a creative journey.
The Mandala (Sanskrit for circle) represents the universe and Sand Mandalas reflect the impermanence of life. Originating from Tibetan Buddhists, Sand Mandalas have a spiritual significance. This event is not setting out to be a religious experience. This art session is about having an opportunity to create in an inclusive, safe and creative space. Open your mind to clarity through meditative art and music that transports you on a mindful journey.
