Stride & Seek — Singles Walk & Talk

A Serious Singles Event · Bay Run, Sydney

Join us for a relaxed stroll around one of Sydney's most beautiful waterfront walks — and who knows who you might meet along the way.

This is a laid-back, no-pressure social walk designed for busy professionals who are done with the apps and ready to meet people the old-fashioned way — in real life, in the fresh air, with good conversation. No awkward speed dating, no name tags, no cringe. Just a great walk, great company, and the genuine possibility of a real connection.

About the walk

We're taking on the iconic Bay Run — a stunning 7 km flat loop circuit around Iron Cove in Sydney's inner west. The path hugs the waterfront the entire way, with beautiful harbour views, green parklands, and plenty of spots to stop, chat, and enjoy the scenery. It's a leisurely pace. Comfortable walking shoes and good conversation are the only requirements.

We start and aim to finish at Timbrell Park, Haberfield.

However, if you wish to exit at any point, please feel free to do so.

Distance: 7 km loop · Pace: Easy and leisurely · Duration: Approximately 90 minutes

Who is this for?

This event is for single professionals aged 30 to 45 who are genuinely looking for a meaningful relationship — not a situationship, not a fling. If you're someone who takes love seriously but also knows how to have a laugh, you'll fit right in. We ask that everyone comes with an open mind and a willingness to connect. You might not meet your person on day one, but you'll definitely enjoy the fresh air and good company while you try.

We get it.

Looking for a genuine partner as a busy adult is genuinely hard. Between long work weeks, packed social calendars, and the exhausting carousel of dating apps, it can start to feel like finding real love is more effort than it's worth. But here's the thing — being in the right relationship is one of life's greatest joys. It's having someone in your corner, someone to share the mundane and the memorable with, someone who genuinely gets you. That feeling is absolutely worth showing up for. This walk is one small, enjoyable step in that direction.
