Somatic & Expressive Therapies are having an open day for YOU to restore & rest, while learning more about what Somatic & Expressive Therapies are.
Come and spend a day with us while we present to and share with you the benefits of Somatic & Expressive Therapies and learn how these can support you and your clients.

10am - Acknowledgement of country & Welcome & Introduction to the SET team - what are expressive therapies.
10.15 - 10.35am - Dance movement therapy presentation
10.35 - 10.55am - Art Therapy presentation
10.55 - 11.15am - Yoga therapy & Trauma sensitive yoga presentation
11.15 - 11.30am - Morning tea
11.30 - 1.00pm - Group sessions (break out into 3 groups & try out the therapies)
1.30 - 2.00pm - Group Q & A. Farewell.
