A bit about our guest speakers and their businesses:

Louise Gibson, The Sharefarming Consultants –
The Sharefarming Consultants – co-founded by Louise Gibson and Myfawny Alexander – came from wanting to see a team focused approach in sharemilking and contract milking, rather than one party succeeding while the other one is left behind. They provide the same level of advice and support that other farm systems consultants do, but with the primary focus being on finding a communication pathway that works, applying good farming practice and the farm thriving as a result.

Matt Benton, Lactus Agribusiness –
Lactus Agribusiness is a fast-emerging consultancy business in Canterbury founded by Matt Benton. Matt has many years of experience as a farm consultant in the region and has a passion for economically and environmentally sustainable, pasture based dairy farming. He has successfully built relationships with a wide range of farmers across the Canterbury region.
