Set Up Your Brand Kit: Session 2 of 4, Canva & ChatGPT Workshop Series
Description
If your brand colours change slightly every time you post, they're not your brand colours. And if you ask ChatGPT for a post without telling it anything about your business, you get the same writing as everyone else who asked.
This morning you put your decisions from Session 1 into both tools, so they work from you. It's Session 2 of a four-part workshop series at the WBA venue in Wanneroo, run by Andy Kahle of AndyK Design.
You'll leave with
A working brand kit in Canva, and a ChatGPT that knows your voice.
What we'll do
Add your logo, and its different versions, to your Canva brand kit
Add your main and secondary colours, and a folder for your photos
Add your two fonts, rename them, and add the bold, light and italic versions
Open a Canva template and use your brand kit to make it yours
Set up a ChatGPT Project with instructions written from your brand sheet, and your own writing
Test it, read the result out loud, and fix the instructions until it sounds like you
Bring
Your brand sheet from Session 1
Your logo as a file
Five pieces of your own writing that sound like you
Your paid Canva and paid ChatGPT, both logged in and working before you leave home
Before you book
Session 2 builds on Session 1. If you weren't there, bring a brand sheet you've already made.
Who it's for
Small business owners who do their own design and their own posts, and want it all to look like one business.
