Event description

The SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council invites you to attend this one-day workshop. The Emergency Preparedness Boot Camp will provide a hands-on training on how to utilize STEAR and patient tracking/evacuation toolkit to assist in meeting your regulatory requirements, and a session on local emergency partners roles during a disaster.

Who Should Attend

Long Term Care facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Centers, Home Health Agencies, Dialysis Centers, Inpatient Mental Health, Home Health, Hospice, facilities with the need for increased Emergency Preparedness and those that fall under the State regulatory and/or CMS rules.

Why Should I Attend?

This year’s Boot Camp will provide an overview of the roles for local Emergency partners, SETRAC’s emergency preparedness initiatives, hands on training on workshop how to utilize STEAR, and the afternoon session will consist of patient tracking & evacuation tool for your facility/agency emergency operations plan. 

There will be NO REFUNDS upon registering for the Bootcamp. Substitution will be allowed.
