We then take a deep dive into discussing the topic with all participating as we all learn from each other.
A healing meditation follows to help us release whatever no longer serves us.
An easy activity to help clarify how we want to engage with ourselves going forward.
Discussion on the changes you are making.
Meditation to integrate the changes that we made.
Blessing to help you carry forward.
