Setting the Table
Event description
Join us for FeedBack Nashville’s culminating event, Setting the Table, a community dinner celebrating the past, present, and future of food in our city!
FeedBack Nashville began in Summer 2023. It is a citywide initiative to bring our community together to imagine and build a better food future for our city. Setting the Table will uplift the stories we've heard about food in our city through FeedBack Nashville's community outreach events. The event will also inspire our community to engage in a variety of transformational actions that will help us build a better food future for everyone in our city.
What to Expect at the Event
"Setting the Table" will feature a delicious meal showcasing the culinary talents of 8 of Nashville's BIPOC chefs. Each chef will prepare a plate that captures their personal relationship with food in Nashville. Also, storytellers from across the city will share personal stories about what food means to them in Nashville. We'll hear stories from farmers, activists, journalists, chefs, and more! Meanwhile, we'll also showcase the insights we've gained from FeedBack Nashville and announce the actions FeedBack Nashville identified as the greatest opportunities to positively transform the future of food in our city.
