Start 2026 With Purpose and Clarity.

What if you began the year feeling grounded? Let's set our anchors!

New year's resolutions can often start with strong intentions, but can create a cycle of pressure and perfectionism. You start strong, experience a setback, and suddenly it can feel like failure.

This 1.5-hour workshop offers a self-compassionate and effective way to begin your year with well-planned intentions.

No meditation experience is required. All practices are guided.

Early Bird price: $39.99 (Regular $49.99)

Mindful intention setting is rooted in self-awareness, values, and compassion, not force. Instead of chasing rigid goals, I'll guide you to shape intentions that feel meaningful, motivating, and sustainable throughout the year. Intentions you can return to long after the session ends by setting your own "if-then implementation intentions."

What are implementation intentions?

They are a self-regulation strategy that links a specific future cue (“if”) with a goal-directed action (“then”), developed and researched by psychologist Peter M. Gollwitzer.
