Settling Anxiety and Growing Calm in Kids
Event description
This interactive seminar is focused on how to notice and work with anxiety in children. During the evening we will look specifically at what causes anxiety and how we can consciously limit the impact of this experience as it is happening. We will also discuss how we as parents and educators are in the perfect position to coach children to turn their anxiety into life-positive experiences that can build a sense of resilience and calm deep within. These skills are essential for all of us and especially so for our children as they grow into their adult lives. Everyone is most welcome.
