COVID Recovery Framework workshops will be run as 5 workshops with ongoing support:

1. Stabilize - limit negative impacts
- Fri Oct 30 at 9am to 11am
We firmly believe we are strongest together. When problems are complex and the context is changing, no one person has the answers. We gain perspective by sharing our challenges and hearing from our community.

2. Support - simplify access to support
- Fri Oct 30 at 12.00pm to 2pm
Business owners need a range of support mechanisms to help with the full extent of the challenges including emotional support. The SEVENmile community has developed since Nov 2018 around the idea of a thriving business community and helping each other succeed.

3. Innovating - designing how to adapt
- Fri Oct 30 at 3pm to 5pm
Assistance through workshops and coaching to make smart adaptations to business models based on changing markets and customer needs.

4. Implement - rebuilding to develop resilience
- Sat Oct 31 at 9am to 11am
Move forward with actionable next steps, identify creative solutions, find both short-term and medium-term revenue growth.

5. Re-skill - learn new skills to prosper
- Sat Oct 31 at 11.30am to 1.30pm
Providing new skills and sustainable tools and services that truly help small businesses both during this crisis and after.
