Sew Your Own Festive Denim Holiday Stocking

Looking for a unique and creative way to get into the holiday spirit? Join us for our Denim Holiday Stocking Sewing Workshop!

In this workshop, you will learn how to sew your own festive denim holiday stockings from scratch. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the entire process, from choosing the right materials to sewing the perfect stitch. You are welcome to bring a pair of jeans from home to upcycle into a stocking or use materials provided in the class.

What You'll Learn

• How to choose the right denim fabric for your stockings
• How to cut out your stocking pieces using a pattern
• How to sew the stocking pieces together
• How to add embellishments, such as patches, embroidery, and ribbon

What's Included

• All the necessary materials, including denim fabric, sewing notions, and embellishments
• Use of sewing tools 
• Expert instruction from a experienced instructor

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS

This class is available to take In Person at our shop at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042. Materials and tools will be provided during the class. You are welcome to bring denim, jeans and materials from home to use during the class that you would like to upcycle. 

APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION 

This class is appropriate for Adults, Teens, and Children to participate in. Participants must be at least 12 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket. 

CLASS PARTICIPATION

This is a Live event. Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING

Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.
