Sew Comfy Pants, One Day Workshop, Green Space Sat 17 May, 10-4pm

Sew comfy pants in a day with our sewing workshop. All machines and materials provided just bring yourself. These pants can be casual wear or PJ's and are easy to wear. These pants will be made using fashion fabric offcuts and upcycled fabrics.
This workshop is for adults and teens who have had a bit of sewing machine experience.
Basic knowledge of sewing is helpful.
This workshop is run by The ReCreators.
The Re-Creators are on a mission to teach New Zealand how to upcycle, reduce, and reuse our resources, to share skills in reimagining 'waste' as creative opportunities! It's not only creative and sustainable but also easy and fun too! We invite you to join us in our skills-based workshops that empowers communities to experience the joy of upcycling, all while helping our planet and pocket by reusing materials that already exist.
When: Saturday 17 May 10am - 4pm
Where: Green Space, 135 Chamberlain Road, Massey
What to bring: Lunch and your own machine if you have one.
