Join us at Byford Library for our monthly Sew-In Days throughout 2027!

Each month, we’ll get together over a cuppa and a biscuit to work on a range of creative sewing projects and ideas.

Whether you're an experienced sewer or just starting out, everyone is welcome! It's a great opportunity to meet like-minded community members, share skills, learn new techniques and get creative together.

Throughout the year, we'll explore different projects, themes and creative ideas using repurposed materials and fabrics. It's a wonderful way to reduce textile waste, support sustainability and create something special for our community.

Why join us?

Repurpose textiles that would otherwise end up in landfill.
Reduce waste and encourage sustainable practices.
Learn new sewing skills and share ideas.
Support local creativity.
Meet and connect with other community members.
