Sewing across the Generations: A School Holiday Workshop
Description
To celebrate the importance of grandparents and/or elders in a child’s life, we invite grandparents/adult carers to come with their grandchild/child to sew together in the company of other grandparents (or adult) and their grandchildren.
We have 2 projects: A credit card wallet and a bowl holder for use in the microwave
Both projects use 2 pieces of fabric. If you have favourite fabrics at least 50cm x 50cm, please bring them along, Otherwise you can select from our fabric stash.
We will supply all sewing machines and sewing supplies as well as morning tea.
Volunteers instructors will be on hand to help if needed.
All volunteers have current WWCC.
