WHATS ON:

- **Pride Zumba Class:** Groove, sweat, and slay to the rhythm of heart-pounding beats and electrifying energy! This isn't just a workout – it's a dance party where you can move, groove, and connect with amazing people who embrace their unique selves while breaking a sweat 😅 Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, our LGBTQ+ affirming instructor will guide you through a journey of fitness and fun 🏳️‍🌈

- **HUMP Day Booty Strength Class:** Get ready to lift and tone with a class that's as fun as it is effective with a playlist that is set to get you in the grove! 💪🍑

- **Nidra Healing Yoga:** Find your zen with a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga session designed to soothe the soul and heal the body. 🧘‍♂️✨
