Sexual Violence and Trauma-Informed Response
Event description
Join MOCSA in learning about sexual violence and trauma-informed response. Hear directly from a survivor about their experience with the criminal justice system, gain knowledge about MOCSA’s services, and learn about trauma-informed responses to victims of sexual assault. Training topics include facts about sexual violence, the neurobiology of trauma, common reactions of victims, and trauma-informed response to survivors.
This event is open to faculty, staff, students, criminal justice professionals, and the public.
