Sexual Confidence is a workshop led by somatic sexologist Lillie Brown to help you build your sexual confidence and prioritise your pleasure. If you’ve ever struggled with confidence, negative self-talk or body image in the bedroom, this is for you. Full of insights, practical exercises, and take-home activities, we’ll explore what sexual confidence is, how to cultivate it inside and outside the boudoir, and unpack the things that get in the way of you expressing your sexual self. You can expect a 2-hour workshop complete with a no-holds-barred Q+A to get all your burning questions and curiosities addressed (uh huh, even if you're asking for a friend).

Lillie Brown

Lillie Brown is a certified somatic sexologist. Maybe it was Catholic school or maybe it was Friday night sleepovers watching Girls of the Playboy Mansion, but she's always been fascinated by all things sex and pleasure—why we have it, how we have it, and what we can do to have more of it. She brings a warm, playful, and judgement-free manner to her workshops and private practice to support individuals, couples, and groups to become intimately acquainted with their bodies, desires, and eroticism.

Lillie is a hedonist at heart and is committed to supporting people’s erotic transformation and sexual liberation through shame-free, pleasure-focused education.
