What is Sexual Kung Fu?

Kung means practice and Fu is skill. Sexual Kung Fu, the skillful practice of sex, is essentially the Chinese form of Orgasmic Yoga.

What does this practice consist of?

Practice consists of cultivating high levels of energy through the systematic process of arousal. Tools of breathing and mindfulness are then utilized to circulate that energy throughout the body and brain.

What should I bring?

Yourself, your courage, a yoga block or pillow to sit on, organic oil and an open mind.

Do I need to be naked?

We do the class naked, but it's not mandatory for you to be. You can certainly practice with shorts on. The reason I teach naked is because it is much easier to instruct the practices + this dearmors us in feeling ashamed for being naked with other men. In fact, getting naked with your bros in a shameless way has been scientifically shown to boost testosterone!

Do I have to keep my camera on?

To create a safe space of brotherhood and learning, John Paul asks that you have your camera on so we know you're a real human. Again, we do the class naked, but it's not mandatory for you to be. However, having your camera on is! (observing in the shadows live is not really in alignment with creating stronger bonds and trust between men.)

Can I show up a little late?

Please be on time. Latecomers will not be allowed in so as to create a safe container.

Will this be recorded?
