Need some motivation to get moving? Don't want to go to a gym or fitness class? Then join in a fun, dance-based exercise class to help get you moving!
While not a group routine or choreography course, the movement style from the burlesque genre will help you break a sweat and get your blood pumping.
No previous experience required. Not a choreography or a striptease class, just a lot of fun to help you feel sexy and fit!
Wear: Comfortable clothes you can move in, activewear welcome, sneakers/ runners or barefoot welcome.
Bring: Water, a sweat towel, exercise/ pilates mat if you wish
Cost: 6 Weeks Up Front - $150, or $30/ week pay as you go, plus booking fees.
