Leading the Future of Work: Leadership, Technology and the Role of IHLs
Description
The world of work is changing rapidly. AI and other emerging technologies are reshaping industries, career paths are becoming less linear and leadership increasingly depends on influence and adaptability, not simply job titles.
Join the University of Newcastle Singapore Alumni Chapter for an engaging conversation about developing as a leader at different stages of your career. Whether you are beginning to take on greater responsibility or already leading teams and organisations, the discussion will offer practical perspectives on navigating change and building capabilities that remain relevant in an evolving workplace.
Bringing together University of Newcastle alumni at different points in their professional journeys, the panel will explore what leadership looks like beyond job titles, how technology is changing the skills that matter and how aspiring leaders can prepare for their next step. The conversation will also consider how Institutes of Higher Learning can support leadership development and lifelong learning beyond formal qualifications.
The panel brings together four University of Newcastle alumni with experience across investment management, enterprise development, healthcare and engineering.
A complimentary light dinner and refreshments will be provided.
