Join us at the School of Graduate Research Writers’ Fest.

It’s an opportunity to:

  • write alongside other students and HDR candidates from across the University
  • refresh your writing skills
  • workshop your own writing with others
  • meet a librarian and learn how to make the most of the University’s great library resources
  • talk with the SGR Team about next steps in your academic journey.

The day’s program will include:

  • morning tea on arrival
  • quick writing warm up activities
  • blocks of quiet writing time
  • interludes for one-on-one and group conversations
  • a library tour
  • the all-important lunch break.

All writers (including students, staff, alumni and friends of the University) are welcome. Come for fun, motivation, inspiration, solidarity, morning tea and writing tips and other ideas to help you achieve your writing goals.
