We’re thrilled to invite you to the Epilepsy Foundation's annual Shades of Purple Charity Dinner, a night of impact, connection, and reflection to support people living with epilepsy.

Date: Thursday, 26 March 2026

Location: Metropolis Events - Upper Level Southgate Shopping Precinct, Southbank VIC 3006

Time: 6:30pm

Cost: $215 per person or $2,000 for a table of 10

This year’s theme is 'More than a Moment'. It recognises the many unseen moments of epilepsy and the quiet strength that endures beyond diagnosis or seizure. Through shared stories and experiences, the night will explore the many shades of epilepsy and invite guests to see it from different perspectives.

The Epilepsy Foundation – supporting people with epilepsy

The Epilepsy Foundation has been providing services to people with epilepsy, their families and carers, and professionals who support them, for more than 60 years.

We are the trusted provider for evidence-based epilepsy education and training programs for allied health professionals, disability and aged care workers and professionals in other health care settings, as well as employers and employees in workplace settings. Our trainers have backgrounds and qualifications in nursing, direct care, disability and education.

Our training increases awareness and understanding of epilepsy and how it might affect an individual and improve skills to enable those with a duty of care to respond appropriately to a seizure, including administration of emergency medication.

Courses are flexible and can be delivered in a variety of ways including self-paced e-Learning modules or by one of our epilepsy educators. We can deliver in-person at your workplace, at our premises or via an online trainer-led webinar.
