What Is Shadow Alchemy?

Shadow Alchemy is a method of transforming unconscious emotional patterns and protective identities into embodied truth and authentic power.

It’s not about “fixing” you.
It’s about facing the parts of you you’ve suppressed to survive, and integrating them with compassion, embodiment, and clarity.

You’ll learn to:

• Repair your nervous system
• Reconnect to your authenticity via integrating the different archetypes
• Release outdated coping mechanisms
• Step into leadership over your life from the inside out

This is a deep, embodied experience, please come prepared to be fully present, both emotionally and physically.

What to Bring:

• A notepad or journal for reflections and insights
• Comfortable clothing. We’ll be doing somatic and embodiment practices, so wear something you can move and sit comfortably in
• A water bottle
• An open mind and a willingness to meet yourself deeply
