Charles Myssy is bringing his signature Shadow Alchemy workshop live to Paris.

A one day, in person experience, designed to help you break through emotional plateaus, access deeper levels of healing, and reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve hidden to survive.

This isn’t a passive “sit and listen” event. It’s an immersive experience for those who are ready to do the real work.

Whether you’re a therapist, coach, space- holder. Or someone who just wants to stop repeating the same disempowering patterns, this space will meet you with depth, clarity, and probably a few uncomfortable truths (in the best possible way).

What You’ll Experience:

🜁 Shadow Alchemy Process

A unique approach combining the inner child, ancestral healing, emotional processing, somatic release, and trauma- informed parts work. We don’t just talk about your patterns, we help you shift them at the root.

🜂 Group Healing & Real Connection

You’ll be guided through shared experiences that create profound insights, breakthroughs, and the kind of connection that reminds you you’re not alone in this.

🜃 Embodiment Practices

This is about anchoring change in your body, not just your mind. Through somatic tools and nervous system work, you’ll learn how to regulate and embody new ways of being.

🜄 Deep Insight (with a touch of humour)

You’ll laugh, cry, and probably say, “Oh f*ck, that’s me” at least once.

That’s part of the process. We explore protective patterns, trauma responses, emotional walls and start to unburden them together.

Who This Is For:

• People who are tired of surface- level healing and ready to go deeper
• Coaches, therapists, and practitioners who want to experience Shadow Alchemy first-hand
• Anyone feeling stuck, disconnected, or trapped in overthinking and self- doubt
• Humans ready to meet their truth without the spiritual fluff

What Is Shadow Alchemy?

Shadow Alchemy is a method of transforming unconscious emotional patterns and protective identities into embodied truth and authentic power.

It’s not about “fixing” you.
It’s about facing the parts of you you’ve suppressed to survive, and integrating them with compassion, embodiment, and clarity.

You’ll learn to:

• Repair your nervous system
• Reconnect to your authenticity via integrating the different archetypes
• Release outdated coping mechanisms
• Step into leadership over your life from the inside out

This is a deep, embodied experience, please come prepared to be fully present, both emotionally and physically.

What to Bring:

• A notepad or journal for reflections and insights
• Comfortable clothing. We’ll be doing somatic and embodiment practices, so wear something you can move and sit comfortably in
• A water bottle
• Lunch

There will be breaks woven into the day, but once we start, we go in. This is a container of truth, not performance. Come ready to feel, release, and rewire.

This is the work that changes lives. It’s honest, embodied, and sometimes hilarious.

If you’re ready to stop dancing around your shadow and meet those parts of you in a safe, supportive and empowering space …
