Event description

Shadow work is the practice of exploring the hidden or suppressed parts of ourselves—our emotions, fears, and patterns we often avoid, and the aspects of ourself that we deny or reject.

These hidden parts can influence our behaviours, perspectives, and relationships in unconscious ways.

Through the process of embodiment exercises and a deep breathwork experience, revealing your shadow in this safe and supportive container helps bring these aspects into conscious awareness, fostering self-acceptance, bringing light to the shade.

It is ultimately about reclaiming ourself by embracing all parts of the self.

What to Bring:
- wear comfortable clothing. Dress warm in layers, with socks on!
- small blanket & flat pillow
- water bottle
- most importantly, come with an open mind and heart

Arrival Time: 
Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand to say hello and get settled in.

Avoid eating heavy foods or drinking anything besides water before coming.

9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach

As a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and mother to my 2.5 year old daughter, I'm passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing for individuals, couples, and within families and the school environment.

Shaped by seasons of change and deep inner work, my journey has woven together the threads of NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release, and the wisdom of neuroscience. From life’s upheavals emerged a toolkit — not just learned, but lived — intuitive, integrative, and uniquely my own.

I'm dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, expressing my story and knowledge gained through my solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other mums navigate their journey, while also working towards developing a breathwork program for schools in New Zealand.


A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

  • cardiovascular problems

  • abnormally high or low blood pressure

  • aneurysms

  • epilepsy and seizures in the past

  • anyone taking heavy medication

  • severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia

  • bipolar

  • osteoporosis

  • recent surgery

  • glaucoma

  • currently pregnant

  • People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.

  • Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
